Our Presenter
Steven Minkler
Business Development Specialist, MA Construction Supervisor MA Hoisting Engineer
Steven Minkler is a business development professional specializing in commercial roofing and building-envelope systems with Greenwood Industries, one of the Northeast’s most respected full-service exterior contractors. He combines field knowledge, sales leadership, and strategic account management to help facility managers, property owners, developers, and institutions protect and extend the life of their buildings, treating roofing and exterior systems as critical risk-management assets that directly impact operations, safety, and long-term capital planning. Steven is a strong advocate for proactive service and maintenance, focusing on leak prevention, routine inspections, and data-driven roof management, supported by Greenwood’s large-scale service division and 24/7 emergency response capabilities that allow him to deliver real performance rather than sales promises. He holds an active Construction Supervisor License, enabling him to bridge construction execution, regulatory compliance, and property ownership, ensuring clients receive recommendations that are technically sound and commercially responsible. Steven’s approach is built on long-term partnership, providing honest assessments, clear scopes of work, and direct access to Greenwood’s engineering, manufacturer certifications, and compliance expertise, all to help clients protect their assets, reduce risk, and achieve long-term building performance.
